Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki Ramen is a cozy slow cooker dinner with ground beef, bell pepper, carrots, onion, ramen noodles, and a savory teriyaki-style sauce. I like this recipe when I want something warm and filling, but still simple enough for a busy day. The beef and vegetables cook first in the slow cooker, then the ramen noodles go in near the end so they can soften in the sauce. It is a dependable slow cooker dinner when you want a noodle bowl that feels easy, cozy, and family-friendly.

Small Details That Make a Difference

Cooking the ground beef first keeps the texture better and lets you remove the extra grease.

Whisking the sauce separately helps the brown sugar, garlic, broth, and soy sauce combine before they go into the slow cooker.

Adding the noodles near the end helps keep them from sitting in the slow cooker for hours.

Discarding the seasoning packets keeps the flavor focused on the homemade sauce.

The flavor was really good, but I highly recommend cooking your noodle separately on the stove and then serving the slow cooker meat mixture over top. Otherwise, you run a great risk of super soft noodles, bordering on mushy.

Loved this recipe!! My family isn’t a big fan of onions so we subbed out for water chestnuts and it was a huge hit!

This looks so good! Do you think I could use angel hair pasta? Or would I need to cook the pasta first.

    Slow Cooker Beef Teriyaki Ramen
Nice recipe. I did it on the stove top, cooked the ramen separately and mixed it together. We all liked it. I used the low sodium soy sauce and it was still a little salty; maybe use low sodium beef broth too?
I printed out this recipe and the crock sweet and sour chickend recipe (which was also really good!) and the 3rd page doesn’t print out right
Thanks for all your great recipes!
